We work in the areas of fair trade, social justice, faith, health & wellness, environmental protection & green technologies, youth development, education, fighting poverty, and hunger.

Since 2002, we've worked with hundreds of clients to help align their organizations and bring cohesion to their mission-driven and for-benefit brands.

Our approach to helping our clients is a holistic one. It's more like business design than traditional management or marketing consulting but our roots lie somewhere in the middle. We help our clients go deeper, crafting an enduring framework where management, marketing, messaging, and ultimately - people - can do their best work for years to come.

Leadership

Our team is comprised of talented professionals with decades of highly specialized experience in the alignment of mission-driven and for-benefit enterprises.

Infusion founder and lead strategist, Matt Simpson, leads client engagements and is responsible for all the consulting and planning - more about his background here. Other key members of the Infusion team are account coordinator, Amy Sieve; designer, Heidi Pankewich; and business manager, Bob Bonifield.

In addition to our core team, we maintain a solid bench of supporting talent, including a number of specialized professional service providers such as CPA's, legal counsel, marketers, developers, writers, public relations consultants, and researchers - who are selectively mixed to perfectly staff each engagement.
